Chaco Panda Coffee3 is an evening café nestled in the heart of Surry Hills, Sydney — open Tuesday through Sunday, 5 PM to midnight.

We were built for the hours after the day job winds down but before the night fully takes over. There's a very particular feeling about an evening café — the lights are warm, the music is low, and nobody's in a rush. That's what we've always wanted to offer.

Our coffee is freshly brewed from our house roast. Our brunch sets are assembled with seasonal ingredients — a handful of elements that work together simply and well. Nothing overly complicated, nothing pre-packaged.

Whether you're winding down after work, catching up with a friend, or just looking for a quiet corner in busy Surry Hills — the door is open from 5 PM.
